What you'll do

• Spearhead the design of forward-thinking control strategies to identify and neutralize compliance risks.
• Lead real-time detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation of control issues.
• Drive anti-fraud and cybersecurity initiatives to fortify operations against emerging threats.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Expertise in risk management and control frameworks, including regulatory knowledge and training others on best practices.
• Proficiency in applying Agile methodologies to complex initiatives and partnering with Product and Technology teams.
• Strong technology risk management skills, covering identification, assessment, and control design.
• Ability to manage change effectively for complex projects while minimizing disruption and advising on best practices.
