What you'll do

  • Lead the architecture and delivery of SoFi's commercial banking product.
  • Own the end-to-end client onboarding orchestrator across sandbox and production environments.
  • Drive the design and implementation of the SoFi Exchange Network (SEN).
  • Build enterprise-grade identity, RBAC, and maker/checker approval systems for complex organizational structures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate Commercial Banking into SoFi's broader banking infrastructure.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in engineering management.
  • Strong skills in distributed systems design and evaluation of architecture proposals.
  • Track record of delivering new products from concept to production with real users.
  • Experience with enterprise identity and access management including RBAC, OAuth2.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and excellent communication skills.
