As an AI DevOps Technologist, you will join the team to design, build, and operate automated workflows and AI tools that deliver secure results for enterprise systems. You will be responsible for configuring and supporting the AI Gateway, managing model selection, API connections, and usage tracking while ensuring all integrations remain maintainable and secure. Your daily work involves developing automation scripts, creating technical documentation, and performing troubleshooting and release activities. The role requires expertise in software engineering, system integration, DevSecOps practices, and identity and access management. You will utilize tools such as Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines while supporting Cyber Ops platforms like 5.5 and Mythos. You will also focus on improving prompt accuracy and assistant configurations to solve complex technical challenges within a secure infrastructure environment.
Design, configure, test, deploy, and support AI tools and automated workflows.
Operate the AI Gateway to manage model access, permissions, API connections, and audit records.
Build secure integrations between AI tools, APIs, enterprise applications, and workflow platforms.
Develop and maintain automation scripts, technical documentation, runbooks, and implementation guidance.
Execute testing, troubleshooting, and release activities for all AI tools and automations.
Implement security measures including access controls, monitoring, and protected sign-in methods.
Optimize prompts, workflows, and AI assistant configurations to improve accuracy and reliability.
Provide technical input during design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning.
What we're looking for
U.S. citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree is required.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, platform engineering, automation, cybersecurity operations, or a related technical field.
Experience delivering business/enterprise software, automation, integration, platform, or application solutions.
Experience implementing or supporting AI tools, automation platforms, AI gateways, workflow technologies, or enterprise applications.
Experience with cloud platforms, DevSecOps practices, identity and access management, logging, and monitoring tools.
Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, or service-based architectures.
Experience building secure system integrations including sign-in, permissions, access controls, logging, and audit records.
