What you'll do

Lead the adoption of AI technologies and build agents for Mainframe and non-Mainframe systems.

Implement secure software engineering practices to protect data from threats and vulnerabilities.
Champion DevSecOps practices, tools, and techniques throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Mentor and train team members on design techniques, coding standards, and technical tools.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while providing strategic technology advice.
Develop, test, debug, and deploy software solutions according to established industry standards.

What we're looking for

Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or a related field are strongly preferred.
Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis are required.
Three years of experience in project management is preferred.
Experience as an AI tech lead/champion responsible for adoption across job groups is desired.
Expertise in building agents for Mainframe and non-Mainframe systems using AI tools is desired.
Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript is required.
Technical skills include Apigee, OAS, API design, AWS, Kubernetes, Springboot, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
