What you'll do

Design and write production scripts to resolve live application incidents across insurance platforms.
Develop, debug, and maintain online and batch programs using COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, and VSAM.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
5 years of experience performing the duties listed in the job description.
Experience designing and writing production scripts to resolve live application incidents.
Experience in mainframe development including COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and IBM mainframe tools.
Experience in database engineering using Oracle, SQL Developer, PL/SQL, and stored procedures.
Experience writing advanced SQL queries for data remediation, production fixes, and business reporting.
Experience leveraging ITSM processes such as Incident, Defect, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
Experience utilizing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
