As a Consultant, Data Science on the Digital Support Organization Team, you will design, build, and deploy scalable agentic AI solutions to transform Services Operations workflows. You will lead the evolution of a connected agent ecosystem by identifying opportunities to orchestrate and integrate multiple agents to maximize reusability and business outcomes. Your daily work involves architecting multi-agent systems, defining patterns for memory and reasoning, and establishing governance frameworks for AI-powered automation. You must possess hands-on expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI orchestration platforms. This role requires leading the end-to-end development of production-scale applications, translating emerging AI advancements into measurable results while shaping the strategic vision for autonomous and semi-autonomous operational systems across the enterprise.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable agentic AI solutions to automate Services Operations workflows.
Identify high-value business opportunities and rapidly prototype innovative agent-based capabilities.
Architect multi-agent ecosystems by defining patterns for collaboration, memory, reasoning, and workflow coordination.
Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and reusable components for agentic AI strategy.
Evaluate cutting-edge AI technologies to influence organizational direction and autonomous system development.
Translate emerging AI advancements into measurable business outcomes across the enterprise.
What we're looking for
8-10 years of experience building AI solutions at scale, progressing from traditional AI/ML to Generative and Agentic AI.
12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, multi-agent systems, RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI orchestration platforms.
Proven ability to lead AI strategy, establish technical standards, and drive adoption of enterprise-scale agentic systems.
Experience designing multi-agent architectures including orchestration, tool integration, planning/reasoning workflows, and autonomous task execution (preferred).
Demonstrated passion for emerging AI technologies through thought leadership, innovation initiatives, patents, publications, or industry engagement (preferred).
