JOB TITLE: Consultant, Cybersecurity (Agentic Solutions Engineer)
The Consultant, Cybersecurity (Agentic Solutions Engineer) joins the Cyber Security Operations Center’s Innovation and Integration team to transform emerging ideas into secure, production-ready capabilities. This role focuses on defining how agentic AI is utilized in cyber security at an enterprise scale. You will design and build production-ready solutions that combine modern LLM platforms, agent frameworks, enterprise data, and secure workflow orchestration to solve real Security Operations problems. Key responsibilities include owning agent behavior, prompt patterns, retrieval design, and evaluation strategies. You will utilize advanced Python, Java, and TypeScript to integrate APIs, files, and enterprise data. The role requires expertise in harness design, knowledge grounding, and secure software engineering to create deterministic and agent-assisted workflows that improve cyber defense and operational outcomes.
Design and build production-ready agentic AI solutions using LLM platforms and secure workflow orchestration.
Own agent behavior, including prompt engineering, context patterns, retrieval design, and evaluation strategies.
Implement retrieval systems and enterprise data access in a trustworthy and maintainable manner.
Translate complex business processes into deterministic and agent-assisted workflows for security operations.
Define and execute evaluation plans for solution quality, safety, and regression detection.
Instrument solutions with telemetry and partner with platform engineering to ensure observability.
Lead and respond to complex cyber incidents using industry-recognized methodologies like PICERL.
Conduct proactive cyber activities including threat hunting, red teaming, and purple teaming.
What we're looking for
Typically requires six years of experience in technology, with four years specifically in cyber security.
Experience building LLM-powered or agentic applications, including Eval design.
Strong software engineering skills with advanced Python and working ability in Java or TypeScript.
Experience with harness design, retrieval patterns, search, memory, and knowledge grounding.
Experience integrating APIs, files, enterprise data, and workflow systems.
Working knowledge of secure design, testing, evaluation, and release practices.
Undergraduate studies in cyber security, management information systems, engineering, math, computer science, data analytics, or comparable experience (preferred).
Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCNA, CEH, GCIH, EnCE, GSTRT, GSE, CCSP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or AZ500.
