What you'll do
Influences and mentors team members on Agile practices and principles.

What we're looking for
At least six years of experience in Agile methodologies and three years as an Agile leader or similar role.
Proven ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
Strong technical expertise in software engineering and multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Experience working with ALM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple teams and leading cross-team initiatives.
Knowledge of secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Active participation in industry communities to implement optimal practices.
