Additionally, the role demands expertise in data center extension strategies, hybrid cloud architecture design, and performance tuning in cloud environments, along with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Support Agile Scrum Teams through critical dependency commitments and risk mitigation.
Develop and maintain application release management processes and standards.
Manage Program Increment planning, including backlog refinement and coordination with other teams.
Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects from assessment to post-migration support.
Ensure adherence to financial sector regulatory requirements during migration activities.
Provide technical guidance and training on cloud platforms and migration tools.
What we're looking for
10+ years of technology experience or equivalent leadership program experience
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven experience in Data Center Extension and hybrid cloud architecture design
Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment
Jira and Jira Align proficiency for project management
Track record of leading critical business initiatives on-time and within budget
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
