What you'll do
Influences and mentors team members on Agile practices and principles.
Removes impediments to the team’s progress and escalates issues as needed.
Applies secure software engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Collaborates with senior leadership to prioritize work for business outcomes.
Facilitates team cadences such as retrospectives, daily standups, and show-and-tells.
Monitors and reports on team progress using enterprise and industry metrics.
Guides adoption of Agile practices in DevOps, DataOps, AI/MLOps initiatives.
What we're looking for
5-7 years of experience in an Agile Leader or Scrum Master role
Strong facilitation and coaching skills for agile teams
Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Experience with ALM tools such as Jira, Planview, and Power BI
A-CSM certification preferred
Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance beneficial
Technical background in Software Engineering required
