As an Agile Coach and Transformation Lead at this innovative organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale agile transformations across various teams. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to implement Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, ensuring the adoption of lean portfolio management practices and coaching team members on agile lifecycle tools. Your responsibilities include delivering SAFe training workshops, leading discussions with executives and team leads, and fostering an environment that supports continuous development, DevOps, and automation. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in systems engineering life cycles, agile management tools, and a proven track record of leading successful agile transformations. Additionally, proficiency in DoD 8570 IAT Level II certifications and Agile certifications like PMI-ACP or SAFe SPC is required, along with a strong background in supporting IT projects and activities.
Drive adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization using SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple transformation pillars within the organization.
Conduct SAFe training workshops for teams, including Values Stream Identification.
Coach and mentor team members to embrace Lean Portfolio Management principles.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish lean agile routines and practices.
Facilitate discussions with executives and team leads on Agile transformation progress.
What we're looking for
7+ years experience in Systems Engineering Life Cycle and Agile management tools.
Proven track record coaching technology leaders through complex Agile transformations.
Experience leading enterprise organizational transformation frameworks and discussions with executives.
Possession of DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security).
Certified in Agile methodologies such as PMI-ACP or SAFe SPC.
