What you'll do

Develop and implement high-performing perception algorithms for real-time object detection, segmentation, and pose estimation.
Design, train, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models for robust perception in challenging environments.
Build and maintain the machine learning pipeline to support continuous integration, delivery, and field monitoring.
Define the perception software stack architecture and guide hardware engineers in selecting the optimal sensor suite.
Integrate perception systems with robotic platforms to enable autonomous navigation, manipulation, and human-robot interaction.
Translate product-level requirements into technical design criteria and maintain the technical roadmap for the robotic system.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.

What we're looking for

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, and/or robotics.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and ROS2.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with real-time systems and embedded platforms.
Knowledge of robotics platforms and sensor systems.
Demonstrated ability to understand solar engineering and technology concepts.
Work authorization.
