Compliance Tester II

What you'll do

• Execute complex risk-based compliance reviews to validate business line adherence to laws and regulations.
• Test internal controls, data, and automation systems for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data from various sources to identify risks and improve internal program elements.
• Manage testing schedules to ensure all results are completed and documented within systems of record.
• Validate and improve existing assessment plans while identifying new opportunities in high-risk areas.
• Support Compliance audit and exams as needed by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
• Communicate technical information and data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management, control, or transaction reviews.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• 3+ years of financial services consumer compliance monitoring, auditing, risk management, or compliance experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience analyzing data from various sources and making recommendations based on data (preferred).
• Proficiency with Google G-Suite and Reveal (preferred).
• Knowledge of technology testing solutions like RPA, OCR, and NLP; basic understanding of data schemas; and knowledge of SQL and Python (preferred).
