What you'll do

  • Define and drive program plans based on management guidance and technical requirements.
  • Scope products by analyzing requirements with software/hardware architects and engineering leads.
  • Maintain formal project artifacts including timelines, budgets, scope, and performance KPIs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the development path to maintain project schedules.
  • Administer web services including deployment, configuration, and routine maintenance.
  • Integrate cluster systems with various web applications, APIs, and business systems.
  • Develop and optimize web pages and applications for cluster designs and collateral.
  • Utilize AI to optimize websites, workflows, and the development of new features.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification and training is an asset.
  • Experience in both technical program management and full-stack web/application engineering.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP with experience interacting with REST APIs.
  • Cross-platform expertise with LAMP and Microsoft (Windows, IIS, .NET, MS SQL) web stacks.
  • Ability to work in Linux/Unix and Windows environments using command lines for remote systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation, SQL/KQL, and reporting platforms like Power BI or Grafana.
  • Familiarity with High-Performance Computing (HPC), cluster networks, and IT infrastructure.
