You will develop intellectual property, delivery guides, and strategic guidance to enhance customer satisfaction while building impactful relationships with key stakeholders such as CSAM strategy teams, engineering, and product groups. The role requires extensive experience in Microsoft support environments, cross-team orchestration skills, and a solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Customer Success roles and tooling like Service Hub and Engage Center.

What you'll do

  • Drive technical alignment and execution in Unified Onboarding and Renewals portfolio.
  • Develop intellectual property and delivery guides for integrated service components.
  • Provide strategic guidance to enhance design and delivery quality of customer solutions.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive Customer Satisfaction.
  • Bridge Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs) and Business Decision Makers (BDMs).
  • Support team awareness and skilling based on area demands and Customer Success goals.

What we're looking for

  • Proven customer-facing experience as a CSAM or equivalent role.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft support environments and end-to-end support delivery.
  • Experience working with and leading engagements involving Microsoft partners.
  • Solid process documentation skills including creation of service diagrams and TRDs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft’s Customer Success roles, delivery models, and tooling.
