What you'll do
Understand the GSA roadmap for proactive priorities in the Solutions Portfolio.
Develop bi-annual roadmap updates to ensure Top 50 CSP partners understand portfolio priorities.
Work with GSA teams to map IP in the Solutions Catalog to Partner Capability & Maturity attributes.
Collaborate with Practice Builder CSA counterpart to develop CSAM Playbook for Action Planning.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Top 50 CSA Partner CSAMs, mapping skilling and IP to maturity gaps.
Identify common gaps in partner maturity and develop scalable solutions to address these gaps.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Experience working on technical projects and building products/programs from scratch for large user bases.
At least 5 years of experience working with partners or within a partner ecosystem, preferably with major cloud service providers.
Hands-on experience developing learning, onboarding, training collateral, and Intellectual Property for field audiences.
Deep understanding of Azure & Security Solution Plays and GTM strategies, along with publicly available skilling across Azure and Security.
Proven project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills in ambiguous situations.
