What you'll do

  • Identify beacon metrics to track Practice Building ROI monthly.
  • Design standard reports for Capability and Maturity assessments.
  • Develop CSAM playbook mapping enablement collateral to assessment attributes.
  • Create onboarding materials for UFP and Practice Builders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive list of Practice Building IP across modalities.
  • Host Quarterly Advisory Board with Partner Operations & Delivery leaders.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of 1:many motion across support offers.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
  • Experience building a product or program from 0 to 1 with 2k+ users.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Partners or within a Partner ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills.
