As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – Cloud & AI Applications at Microsoft, you will join the Cloud + AI Apps team to help commercial customers scale their AI-powered applications on Azure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical engagements across architecture design, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and MVPs, ensuring production readiness for mission-critical workloads like Azure AI Foundry, AKS, App Services, and GitHub. You will collaborate with customer executives, developers, and engineers to drive innovation and adoption of Azure’s AI, App Services, Containers, and GitHub solutions, while maintaining deep technical expertise in cloud-native development trends. The role requires proficiency in C#, Python, .NET, and a strong understanding of Azure services, as well as the ability to support customer skilling through workshops and recommendations for optimal solution performance and reliability.

What you'll do
Engage with customer leaders to design secure, scalable solutions for AI applications.
Lead technical engagements across architecture design, POCs, and MVPs using Azure AI tools.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of consumption and success plans in collaboration with managers.
Drive incremental Cloud pipeline from each engagement by identifying next best actions.
Provide oversight and support for key Cloud Acceleration Factory engagements on AI projects.
Lead the health, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission-critical workloads for production.
Act as the Voice of the Customer to share insights with engineering teams for product improvements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields with extensive cloud/infrastructure technology expertise.
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IT consulting, software development, systems administration, or related roles.
Proficiency in Azure AI Foundry, AKS, App Service, APIM, and GitHub workloads.
Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure AI, App Services, Containers, and GitHub.
Ability to lead customer engagements, design secure solutions, and drive adoption of cloud technologies.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on Azure, AI, and cloud-native development trends.
