Cloud Security Engineer As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will join a specialized team focused on developing cloud-based security architectures for mission-critical systems within the Intelligence Community. To succeed, you must utilize the Risk Management Framework, JIRA, and knowledge of on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. The role requires expertise in security architecture evaluations, troubleshooting, and developing system security plans. Candidates should possess a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and have experience in Agile environments to secure complex infrastructure against unauthorized access or destruction.

What you'll do

Develop cloud-based security architectures for critical Intelligence Community systems.
Evaluate and support documentation, validation, assessment, and accreditation processes for IT systems.
Analyze actual state information against desired risk thresholds to assess compliance.
Advise leadership on codifying strategic objectives into formal doctrine and procedures.
Evaluate computer applications and software to ensure they follow security assurance best practices.
Recommend tools and capabilities to address Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements across hybrid environments.
Ensure client systems meet specific information assurance and security standards.

What we're looking for

Experience developing and evaluating security documentation including system security plans and contingency plans.
Experience with security architecture evaluations, guidance development, and troubleshooting.
Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Experience working in an Agile development environment using JIRA.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire.
