What you'll do

Monitor cloud network administration and maintenance operations.
Manage the design evolution of existing cloud operational networks.
Resolve network incidents to ensure smooth network operations.
Develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
Mentor and supervise team members.
Configure network security components, routers, switches, and network appliances.
Administer network layers, routing policies, and IP subnetting.
Manage network protocols and services including TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, and OSPF.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience supporting operations and maintenance for secure cloud engineering systems.
4+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces.
Experience configuring Palo Alto network security components and configuring routers, switches, and network appliances.
Experience with access control, network layer administration, routing policies, network architecture, and IP subnetting.
Experience with network protocols and services including TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, and OSPF.
HS diploma or GED.
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification such as Security+ within 30 days of hire.
Experience with scripting languages like Bash, Ansible, or YAML, and the Atlassian tool suite (preferred).
Experience with networking in multi-cloud or hybrid environments (preferred).
Experience with Windows Operating System and Active Directory (preferred).
Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or Docker (preferred).
Experience with AWS cloud-native network solutions like VPC, Transit Gateway, and Direct Connect (preferred).
Experience with Agile development techniques and ceremonies (preferred).
Knowledge of firewall policy troubleshooting and Site Reliability Engineering concepts (preferred).
TS/SCI clearance (preferred).
CCNA, CCIE, Palo Alto Security, or similar Networking Certifications (preferred).
