As a Cloud Engineer, you will manage, administer, and support cloud environments while ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution within the team. You will develop innovative solutions to complex problems, mentor colleagues, and work independently to maintain AWS infrastructure and integrated systems within the Army's cloud environment. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline failures, provisioning networking, storage, and compute instances, and building enterprise cloud-native solutions. The role requires proficiency with tools such as Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, CloudFormation, GitHub, and GitLab. You must possess a Secret clearance and relevant certifications like Security+, GSEC, or CCNA-Security. Technical skills include experience with Linux, DevSecOps processes, and managing both open-source and commercial tools in public cloud environments to resolve issues related to memory, compute, and networking across multiple technical stacks.
Manage, administer, and enhance cloud environments to ensure continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution.

What we're looking for
High school diploma or GED.
CompTIA Security+, GSEC, CCNA-Security, SSCP, CISSP, or DoD IAT Level II or III Certification.
2+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure including AWS, networking, storage, memory, compute instances, and DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and CloudFormation.
2+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
