What you'll do

Design and develop front, middle, and back office solutions using Java, Python, RDBMS, Kafka, and Snowflake.
Architect and code cloud-native applications ensuring high performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Conduct technology evaluations and execute Proofs of Concept (POC) to drive architectural designs.
Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and oversee implementation through the full SDLC.
Develop AI-powered products using RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and LangChain/LangGraph.
Coordinate with infrastructure and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and operationalization of cloud applications.
Lead a team of developers in an agile environment while managing project timelines and delivery.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
6 or more years of experience in Information Technology.
Experience leading agile delivery and adhering to SDLC processes.
Proficiency in Python, Java, RDBMS, Kafka, Snowflake, and cloud-native architecture.
Experience with event-driven architectures, message hubs, MQ, and Kafka.
Expertise in AI technologies including RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and GenAI application development.
Experience designing and architecting BigData platforms (preferred).
Knowledge of financial industry concepts and reporting (preferred); Cloud certification (preferred).
