  • - Drive analyst tasks based on customer use cases, dependencies, and priorities to ensure successful implementation.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience with AWS and Azure cloud technologies.
  • 2+ years of contract support experience with government agencies, including DoD.
  • Experience serving as a primary contact for customers throughout their journey.
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Ability to manage customer escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
  • Experience in facilitating scope, requirements, and business process meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
