What you'll do

  • Design, develop, test, and debug cloud solution components using AWS platforms.
  • Manage containerized applications and orchestrate them using Kubernetes within a DevOps framework.
  • Automate the provisioning of cloud resources using infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Vault.
  • Modernize legacy computing platforms and applications into modern cloud infrastructures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for GitLab CI/CD pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement cloud security principles to protect infrastructure and data.
  • Manage network technologies including DNS, load balancing, and TLS configurations.

What we're looking for

  • Active Secret security clearance is required.
  • Ability to obtain an IAT or IAM level II or III certification prior to start date.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces, including Bash.
  • Experience designing and automating cloud resource provisioning using infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Vault.
  • Knowledge of network technologies including DNS, load balancing, and TLS.
  • An Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience in IT, System Administration, Software Development, or Cloud.
  • A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in IT, System Administration, Software Development, or Cloud.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT, System Administration, Software Development, or Cloud in lieu of a degree.
