As a Cloud Application Architect, you will join a specialized team to design and architect efficient solutions that automate the software development life cycle for mission-critical intelligence systems. You will be responsible for streamlining processes from development to production by leveraging cloud-native managed services, infrastructure as code, and Agile methodologies. Your daily work involves building tools to reduce the time it takes to deploy new capabilities while incorporating open-source tools and automation. The role requires extensive experience with AWS, microservices, containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher, and Linux server systems in the cloud. You will also utilize scripting languages and potentially manage CI/CD pipelines, serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway, and monitoring tools such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana to solve complex problems within the intelligence community.
Design and architect efficient cloud solutions to automate the software development lifecycle.
Implement continuous integration and deployment mechanisms to accelerate the delivery of mission-critical applications.
Integrate open-source tools, automation, and infrastructure as code into enterprise systems.

Perform application performance analysis and monitoring using tools like ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
What we're looking for
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in technology, or 11+ years of experience in technology in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date.
7+ years of experience with cloud application development and designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex cloud applications at enterprise scale.
5+ years of experience with AWS.
5+ years of experience with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher) and 2+ years of experience deploying microservice architectures.
Experience with Linux server systems in the Cloud and scripting languages.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Serverless technologies, hardening systems, and performance monitoring tools like ELK or Grafana (preferred).
