The Cloud and App Sec- Security Senior Manager joins the security team to lead the design and delivery of AWS security strategy, architecture, implementation, and operations for clients. This role involves assessing AWS environments to develop security roadmaps, designing secure landing zones, and implementing identity and access management controls. Key responsibilities include establishing network security architectures, developing data protection solutions, and building monitoring, logging, and threat detection capabilities. The position requires expertise in AWS services including Organizations, Control Tower, Security Hub, IAM, VPC, WAF, KMS, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Config, and CloudWatch. Candidates must map security controls to frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and the AWS Well-Architected Framework. What we're looking for
Minimum 7 years of experience designing, implementing, or operating security controls in AWS environments.
Minimum 7 years of experience with AWS identity and access management, including IAM roles, federation, and multi-account governance.
Minimum 7 years of experience with AWS network security, including Amazon VPC, security groups, network ACLs, AWS WAF, or AWS Network Firewall.
Minimum 7 years of experience with AWS security monitoring and threat detection services like CloudTrail, Config, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Detective, or CloudWatch.
Experience securing AWS data and workloads through encryption, key management, secrets management, vulnerability management, and secure configuration practices.
Experience assessing AWS architectures against cloud security frameworks such as AWS Well-Architected, CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark, NIST, or ISO 27001.
Minimum 7 years of experience leading cloud security projects using standardized project management principles.
Minimum 7 years of experience leading teams of five or more resources and producing technical documentation, security assessment reports, and architecture designs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience; minimum 6 years work experience for Associate's Degree).
Experience in IT Security Testing (preferred).
Experience in Identity and Access Management (preferred).
Experience in Infrastructure & Cloud Security (preferred).
Experience with application development (preferred).
