As a CI Infrastructure Engineer within the Machine Learning Engineering group, you will own and evolve the continuous integration infrastructure supporting the machine learning compiler stack. To succeed, you must possess expertise in Jenkins, Git, GitHub, and Jira, along with proficiency in Bash, C++, Python, and cmake. What you'll do

Manage and maintain the hardware and OS-level configurations of servers running CI jobs.
Design, create, and maintain Jenkins pipelines for building and validating the Machine Learning compiler.
Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks to improve CI stability and execution efficiency.
Monitor CI test failures to distinguish between infrastructure issues and product defects.
Build and maintain dashboards to visualize trends and KPIs for compiler performance and health.
Integrate new tests, workflows, and tooling into existing CI pipelines.
Provide data-driven insights from CI metrics to support decision-making regarding compiler quality.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with 2+ years of experience.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with 1+ year of experience.
PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of industry experience supporting CI workflows for software development.
Strong experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline development.
Proficiency in Bash, C++, Python, and cmake.
Hands-on experience administering Linux-based servers and CI infrastructure.
Experience with version control tools such as git, github, and Jira.
