What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Strong background in Software Engineering with high-level technology experience.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish productive relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in portfolio planning, quarterly prioritization, capacity management, and roadmap development.
Familiarity with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Git-based platforms, CI/CD tools, Power BI, Tableau, or similar engineering and reporting tools.
PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, PgMP, or similar certification.
