What you'll do

Design in-house scripting tools for chipset bringup and characterization in lab environments.
Enhance measurement methodologies to improve coverage, efficiency, and productivity in design validation.
Conduct troubleshooting during the bringup and characterization stages of cellular chipsets.
Validate data and control flows from Baseband to RF, focusing on critical performance metrics.
Support internal teams to maintain high-quality hardware platforms for daily firmware releases.

What we're looking for

Experience in bring up or performance characterization of wireless systems focusing on PHY and RF layers.
Solid understanding of communication theory, signal processing, AGC, beamforming, Tx power control, and calibration algorithms.
Hands-on experience with cellular chipsets and lab equipment such as VSA, VSG, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Matlab, and scripting for analysis and automation.
Knowledge of RF performance metrics including EVM, spectral mask, frequency error, power accuracy.
MSEE preferred; experience with 3GPP specs, silicon prototyping, emulation systems, and virtual platforms beneficial.
