What we're looking for
You must have 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's, or a PhD with 5 years of experience.
You must have experience setting technical direction and delivering complex, business-critical systems across multiple teams or functional areas.
You must have experience designing, building, and operating production software using LLMs, AI agents, tool calling, retrieval, or workflow orchestration.
You must have a track record of moving AI capabilities from prototype to production including evaluation, observability, security, and reliability.
You must possess an AI-native approach to engineering by using AI tools while applying judgment on when to use models versus deterministic software.
You must have strong software engineering and system-design skills across application, service, integration, and data layers.
You must be able to lead technical execution through influence, mentorship, architecture, and direct contribution without formal reporting authority.
Familiarity with sales processes or go-to-market systems like CRM platforms is helpful but not required.
