Senior Finance Systems Engineer, Oracle Fusion

What you'll do

• Design and maintain robust data models and solution architectures across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
• Embed AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows to accelerate delivery velocity and automate financial workflows.
• Architect and support seamless integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Identify system inefficiencies and deploy automation to scale financial workflows and reduce manual operational overhead.
• Translate complex accounting principles and business requirements into scalable technical designs and comprehensive documentation.
• Configure, customize, and support Oracle Fusion modules to power the core financial engine.
• Partner with business leaders and data engineers to drive high-impact transformation across enterprise LLMs and integration platforms.

What we're looking for

• Proven hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases, advanced SQL/PL/SQL, and web services including SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.
• Demonstrated experience in accounting process transformations, financial data modeling, and end-to-end solution architecture.
• Ability to translate complex accounting principles and business requirements into scalable technical designs and documentation.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, or Java (preferred).
• Experience navigating peripheral financial modules intersecting with accounting data like Tax or FCCS (preferred).
• Previous experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms (preferred).
