What you'll do

  • Develop tailored solutions for prospects by combining first and third-party offerings to meet their specific needs.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact through close, ensuring successful onboarding of new merchants.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive outbound efforts and collaboration with Business Development teams.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure Square’s solutions align with market demands and merchant requirements.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to sell diverse product ecosystems and close complex deals independently
  • Strong business development skills including new logo sourcing and acquisition
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills for building rapport with prospects
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools for tracking and reporting sales activities
