As a Senior Licensing Manager at Qualcomm Technology Licensing Division (QTL), you will join a dynamic team responsible for managing outbound patent licensing programs and account management in global markets excluding China. Your role involves negotiating complex patent license agreements, advising on compliance issues, and collaborating with legal, finance, and audit teams to ensure effective execution of licensing strategies. You will develop market analysis reports, identify new licensing opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with key licensees while ensuring full compliance with executed agreements. This position requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience in patent licensing, ideally from a large law firm or technology company, along with expertise in IP portfolio development, FRAND licensing requirements, and cellular standards essential patents. Familiarity with antitrust law and wireless communications technologies is beneficial.
