What you'll do

  • Define and execute development of test methodologies for high-speed SERDES interfaces.
  • Characterize high-speed interfaces to optimize design parameters and validate electrical compliance.
  • Drive first silicon bring-up and debug at external foundries.
  • Analyze technical data on parametric performance under various operating conditions.
  • Assist in hardware design and debug power integrity issues related to package and board design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for chip/circuit bring-up and debug.
  • Resolve customer issues and RMA debug in a time-critical environment.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in High Speed Silicon Validation.
  • Expertise in VLSI technologies and CMOS analog/digital integrated circuits.
  • Proficient in high-speed test and characterization techniques including eye diagram analysis and jitter performance evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDRs/VNAs, J-BERT for testing.
  • Experience using Python/C# for automating tests and characterizing ASIC devices at the system level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
