What you'll do

Apply industrial Quality Systems to resolve technical issues in product life cycles.
Conduct supplier audits and investigations to implement systematic improvements.
Qualify and test substrate part fabrication for semiconductor equipment.
Review new designs for manufacturability and recommend improvements.
Develop methods, operation sequences, and processes for manufacturing sub-assemblies.
Work with suppliers on outsourcing activities to meet quality requirements.
Apply lean manufacturing methodologies to low volume/high mix products.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 12+ years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis.
Experience in lean manufacturing methodologies for low volume/high mix products.
Proficiency in DFMA, SPC, PFMEA, ERP systems, and graphical build documentation.
Ability to conduct effective situation assessments, audits, and investigations at supplier locations.
Excellent analytical and communication skills for influencing cross-functional teams.
