Compliance Technology Program Lead

What you'll do

• Use AI agents and LLM-based tools to automate oversight, monitoring, and documentation work.
• Design human-in-the-loop checkpoints to ensure automated outputs remain defensible to regulators.
• Establish model and data governance frameworks aligned with SR 11-7, SR 26-2, and OCC 2011-12.
• Develop real-time dashboards to monitor model health, input data quality, and ongoing performance.
• Oversee Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, and Customer Risk Scoring models.
• Manage blockchain analytics and screening tools to ensure typology coverage and alert quality.
• Oversee the design and validation of AI-driven case resolution models for alert triage and enrichment.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in compliance technology at regulated financial institutions or as a consultant for financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools like Claude or GPT to automate production workflows and agentic processes.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Heuristic models for Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, and Customer Risk Scoring.
• Experience conducting AML model validations aligned with SR 11-7 and OCC 2011-12.
• Experience responding to examinations and consent orders while working with regulators and independent monitors.
• Experience with virtual currencies, including specific transaction monitoring and sanctions screening considerations.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics and screening tools such as Chainalysis and TRM Labs.
• Expertise in data analytics, visualization, and statistical concepts related to machine learning.
