JOB TITLE: Campus - Clinical Data Scientist Intern
The Campus - Clinical Data Scientist Intern joins the Data and Analytics organization to contribute to ongoing analytics initiatives and help establish foundations for new projects. This role involves developing enterprise-level solutions to solve complex problems within clinical research. Interns will drive real-time analytics for emerging data collection modalities, ensure system validation and reliability, and develop innovative solutions to create business value. Key responsibilities include process automation, database development, and dashboard design. Candidates must possess an in-depth understanding of programming, logic, data flow, and database architecture. Required technical skills include proficiency in R or Python, experience implementing ML algorithms, and exposure to PowerBI or Tableau. The role also requires using AI tools to support research and analytics while maintaining strict accuracy and ethical standards.
Contribute to ongoing analytics initiatives or help lay the foundation for new data projects.
Develop and test innovative solutions to solve large, complex problems within clinical research.

What we're looking for
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program for Data Science, Analytics, Bioinformatics, Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant technical science.
Expected graduation date must be between December 2027 and May 2028.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Must have an in-depth understanding of programming, logic, data flow, and database architecture.
Proficient in R or Python programming (preferred).
Experience in implementing ML algorithms (preferred).
Exposure to dashboard development in PowerBI or Tableau (preferred).
Prior experience using AI tools in an academic, project, or work setting (preferred).
