As a Data Science Intern on the Strategy, Execution, & Analytics team within the Platform group, you will partner with product and engineering teams to transform data into actionable decisions that drive business impact. You will collaborate with senior data scientists to design experiments, build models, and deliver recommendations regarding how customers experience crypto. Your daily responsibilities include building analytical datasets and pipelines to ensure data integrity, performing deep dives to diagnose complex problems, and distilling technical findings into clear stories for various audiences. The role requires proficiency in SQL and Python, along with a background in statistical modeling, causal inference, or machine learning. You will also utilize generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency. This position focuses on building analytics models and systems that scale insights directly into the product.

What we're looking for
Currently pursuing a BA/BS or graduate degree in a quantitative discipline like Math, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent experience.
Coursework or project experience in statistical modeling, data analysis, or a related quantitative field.
Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and Python for programming or modeling.
Demonstrated interest in experimentation (A/B testing), causal inference, or machine learning through coursework or projects.
Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
