What you'll do

Design data architecture solutions for modeling, governing, and moving mission data across next-generation C2 systems.
Model data from concept to physical implementation using AWS, data fabric, and data mesh architectures.
Establish master data management (MDM) and data governance practices for mission systems.
Define a comprehensive data strategy that integrates multiple mission systems and sensor feeds.
Architect cloud solutions aligned with DoDAF and interoperability standards.
Lead the team in designing, developing, and testing cloud solution components.
Serve as a liaison between clients and developers to ensure requirements are met and solutions are delivered.
Analyze data architecture to make decisions and recommendations on future developments.

What we're looking for

Secret clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Data Science and 10+ years of experience with data architecture or data engineering.
14+ years of experience with data architecture or data engineering in lieu of a degree.
Experience in enterprise data modeling from conceptual through logical to physical design.
Experience designing data fabric or data mesh architectures across multiple mission systems.
Experience establishing master data management (MDM) and data governance practices.
Experience applying DoDAF data-centric views and interoperability standards to system-of-systems designs.
Experience with cloud data architecture on AWS, including data governance and security.
