The C++ Software Engineer, Junior will join a collaborative team to develop solution architecture and resolve complex issues through requirements analysis and project supervision. Working under direct supervision, the individual will write source code for new applications, generate and enhance code samples for existing applications, and solve routine problems of limited scope. The role requires proficiency in C++ fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data types, structures, standard library, memory management, and design patterns. Preferred skills include experience with Agile methods, modeling and simulation frameworks like AFSIM, and CI/CD technologies such as Git, Jira, and Bamboo. This position involves working with large code bases to solve technical problems within a classified environment.

What we're looking for

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
Experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods (preferred).
Experience with modeling and simulation frameworks, including AFSIM (preferred).
