Business & Technology Innovation Manager

What you'll do

• Analyze client systems, workflows, and data flows to design optimized future-state system enhancements.
• Gather and document business requirements, data mapping, and functional specifications for technology solutions.
• Apply structured analysis techniques like SIPOC, root cause analysis, and time-motion studies to improve performance.
• Recommend technology solutions that align with business needs and maximize operational efficiency.
• Manage project execution tasks including status tracking, issue resolution, and budget monitoring.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on automation, workflow optimization, and cost reduction.
• Map solution components to key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report business impact.

What we're looking for

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Must have 5 years of experience streamlining service supply chain operations using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Must have 5 years of experience designing and documenting process flows using BPM tools like Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart.
• Must have 5 years of experience implementing and managing supply chain solutions in the technology, healthcare, communications, and media sectors.
• Must have 5 years of experience conducting data-driven analysis to identify performance gaps and leading process improvement initiatives.
• Must have 5 years of experience tracking and reporting business impact by mapping solution components to KPIs like ROI.
• Must be willing and able to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time.
