Business Operations Analyst, Global Engineering

What you'll do

• Design program scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with engineering roadmaps and business goals.
• Support engineering hiring and planning by modeling headcount and forecasting workforce needs.
• Develop daily consumption reports to provide visibility into usage patterns and key performance indicators.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in infrastructure performance and offer data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Drive adoption of tools, processes, and reporting standards to enhance visibility into engineering operations metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and partner teams to align infrastructure planning with business priorities.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in operations or engineering operations roles, preferably in cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of planning, resource modeling, and consumption-based environments.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML environments, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical data into executive-level insights and presentations.
• Advanced analytical skills including Excel-based modeling and scenario analysis.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Oracle Analytics.
