What you'll do

Own international operational projects end-to-end from definition to implementation.
Forward-deploy to new geographies to establish local presence and build relationships.
Partner closely with Strategic Real Estate, Global Defense, and Corporate Development on various initiatives.
Work on strategic problems by providing structure to ambiguity and shepherding stakeholders towards decisions.
Project manage across large, distributed groups of stakeholders including C-suite executives.
Build and leverage a high-quality network across Anduril functions to unblock projects.

What we're looking for

Willing and able to travel 75%+ internationally or relocate flexibly on short notice.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong agency and judgement in ambiguous situations.
Proven track record of building trust and relationships across diverse cultures and functions.
Comfortable navigating between strategic planning, detailed execution, and day-to-day management simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills across various levels and time zones, ensuring over-communication when operating remotely.
At least 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in consulting, operations, finance, or product/program management roles.
High ownership with the capability to manage multiple international projects concurrently without dropping balls.
