What you'll do

Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success against shifting regulatory demands.
Partner with Product Managers and Software Engineers to design, build, and scale core platform features for the Pricing Model.
Serve as the product owner to drive UI/UX improvements and ensure feature alignment with strategic goals.
Analyze user interaction data to optimize experience and provide actionable recommendations for product refinement.
Improve credit performance by connecting consumer trends to historical behavior and creating risk models.
Manage and sequence the delivery of business requirements while overseeing multiple concurrent projects and programs.
Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance departments to improve quality, volume, and profitability.

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree/MBA with a quantitative concentration.
Strong quantitative orientation to support decision making in marketing and credit risk management.
Proven ability to lead teams, foster innovation, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience in financial services (preferred).
5+ years of experience in analysis (preferred).
Consulting experience (preferred) or 2+ years of experience in people management (preferred).
