Manage and maintain the Analytics External Resources budget and financial planning.
Oversee and execute the Analytics Discretionary budget including pre-approvals and process ownership.
Co-lead the strategy for headcount management and support related operations.
Provide guidance and reporting on all owned budget categories for monthly business reviews.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams regarding budget categories and projects.
What we're looking for
3+ years experience in financial management or business planning roles
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Management
Proven ability to manage budgets and headcount effectively
Strong communication skills for reporting and presentations
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like engineering and finance
Trusted advisor role for executive leadership on budget-related matters
Ability to identify and implement process improvements based on business trends
