Business Lending Product Delivery Associate

What you'll do

• Set the product strategy and vision for small business lending servicing to deliver measurable value.
• Own platform outcomes for core domains including payments, account maintenance, and document delivery.
• Partner with Technology to lead legacy decomposition, API development, and cloud readiness.
• Collaborate with Design to create cohesive user experiences through journey mapping and prototyping.
• Define and deliver end-to-end digital and banker-assisted servicing journeys.
• Enable operations capabilities such as case management, exception handling, and efficiency improvements.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and measurable KPIs for the product backlog.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery including UAT, release readiness, and post-launch performance measurement.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, platform ownership, or a relevant domain area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in Lending, Payments, Fintech, or Servicing/Operations product domains.
• Proven ability to partner with Engineering and Design to deliver modern digital experiences from discovery through iteration.
• Demonstrated ability to define and communicate clear requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and journey maps.
• Experience driving or supporting platform modernization efforts including legacy migration, service/API design, and reliability improvements.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment and influence without direct authority.
• Familiarity with AI tooling such as agentic workflows, generative AI tools, or workflow automation.
