Senior Associate, Product Management - Commercial Lending joins the Product Management - Commercial Banking team to manage complex, high-visibility problems involving financial technology for commercial lending business partners. This role focuses on the technology and processes supporting the Servicing needs of Commercial Loan clients while collaborating with internal and external partners. You will deliver products to support bank strategies, build "always on" technologies to increase profitability, and reduce operational risks by strengthening controls and monitoring key processes. The position requires owning the strategy and delivery of new features in partnership with technology teams. Key competencies include human-centered design, business focus, being technology-driven, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. Candidates should possess experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering to solve challenges within the commercial lending domain.
Deliver products that support strategy and operations for commercial lending and servicing needs.
Develop "always on" technologies to increase profitability and empower internal associates.
Reduce operational risks by strengthening controls and monitoring key processes.
Own the strategy and delivery of new products and features in partnership with technology teams.
Translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions for commercial loan management.
Manage the lifecycle of products supporting loan origination, treasury, and capital markets.
Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Design partners to deliver shared outcomes across the ecosystem.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred).
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
