JOB TITLE: Business Intelligence Engineer, Leo Global Customer Operations The Business Intelligence Engineer, Leo Global Customer Operations joins the Worldwide Consumer team to build analytics across global Customer Service and Field Operations. This role involves building data infrastructure, developing analytics products, and creating self-service reporting platforms to measure KPIs and improve customer experience. You will own data gathering, synthesis, modeling, and the communication of insights to stakeholders. What you'll do

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL.
3+ years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
1+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, or Oracle.
1+ years of experience processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources.
1+ years of experience in statistical analysis, automated reporting, and using R, SAS, or Matlab.
