What you'll do

  • Designs and develops Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics, and reports.
  • Develops ETL pipelines to ensure high-quality data capture and processing.
  • Identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) for program and functional performance visibility.
  • Builds descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics models to support decision-making.
  • Trains stakeholders on how to utilize analytical tools effectively.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives.
  • Maintains relationships with stakeholders to ensure issue resolution and follow-up action.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and database technologies for data analysis.
  • Experience designing visualizations within Tableau and building ETL pipelines.
  • Strong background in data analysis algorithms including machine learning and statistics.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; Top Secret Clearance post-start is necessary.
