Business Intelligence Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Azara for client and executive audiences.
• Generate performance dashboards, operational metrics, and compliance reporting with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• Validate data accuracy before distribution of reports and presentations to ensure information integrity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Ingenious reporting capabilities, maintaining deep knowledge of system functionality and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence development with focus on reporting and dashboard creation.
• Advanced native Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query for data analysis.
• Strong data analysis proficiency to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize tasks effectively.
